LEAP 2025: Building the Foundation
LEAP 2025 captured a moment when AI, Azure, and cloud transformation were becoming central to enterprise technology conversations across Saudi Arabia.
For Mobiz, those conversations were rooted in the work of helping organizations establish the foundations for what would come next. Azure migrations, cloud modernization, data foundations, and modernization initiatives were helping organizations build the technology environments they needed to evolve.
Since then, the conversation has moved forward.
The foundations built through cloud modernization are creating the path to broader, governed, practical enterprise AI. That shift has shaped both our work with customers and what we are bringing to LEAP 2026.
The Foundations Are in Place. What's Next?
Over the past year, organizations have continued building on their cloud and data environments while looking for practical ways to apply AI across the enterprise.
That has expanded the scope of the work. AI governance, enterprise automation, compliance, Copilot adoption, data platforms, AI agents, and operational AI are now part of the same conversation as cloud modernization.
At the Microsoft AI World Tour Riyadh, Mobiz demonstrated AI capabilities built on Microsoft Azure for practical use cases including knowledge management, document automation, workflow execution, productivity, and decision support.
Our capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem have also continued to grow. Mobiz was recognized as a Microsoft Fabric Featured Partner and through the Microsoft Copilot Jumpstart Program, reflecting our expanding work across Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data & AI, Copilot, AI Agents, and Power Platform.
These developments point to a broader change. Organizations are not looking at cloud, data, and AI as separate initiatives. They are increasingly looking at how these capabilities work together to support the business.
AI Is Not the Hard Part
The experience of working with customers has made one thing increasingly clear: AI adoption depends on much more than the AI itself.
The technology may be new, but the requirements around it are familiar.
Organizations need reliable data. They need secure and modern cloud environments. They need governance and compliance. They need to understand where AI fits into existing systems and processes. They need to address data sovereignty and operational requirements. And they need a practical way to move from experimentation to deployment.
This is where the foundations matter.
Cloud provides the infrastructure. Data provides the context. Governance provides control. Security provides protection. Automation turns capability into action.
AI sits across all of them.
That is why the next stage of enterprise AI is not simply about deploying more models or more tools. It is about having the foundations and operating environment required to make those technologies useful, responsible, and sustainable.
What This Means at LEAP 2026
The solutions we are bringing to LEAP 2026 reflect these requirements.
The Audit Ready solution helps organizations strengthen compliance visibility, identify gaps, and prepare for audit requirements.
The Agentic SDLC Platform brings governance to AI-enabled software development and supports the controlled adoption of agentic capabilities.
The Multi-Cloud Migration Accelerator helps organizations assess their environments, plan migration, and accelerate Azure modernization.
Our enterprise AI portfolio includes Knowledge Hub, MIA, AI Voice Agent, AI Doc, Orchestrator, and Smart Marketer. These solutions apply AI and automation to practical business needs, including knowledge management, document processing, workflow execution, customer engagement, operational coordination, and marketing.
Alongside these solutions, we will be discussing Microsoft Fabric readiness, Copilot adoption, AI governance, data sovereignty, Azure modernization, security, compliance, managed services, and enterprise transformation.
These are not separate technology conversations. They are different parts of the same challenge: creating an environment where organizations can adopt and operate AI effectively.
From Innovation Questions to Implementation Questions
The biggest change since LEAP 2025 is not the technology itself.
It is the questions organizations are asking.
The conversation is moving from innovation questions to implementation questions.
Where can AI create measurable value? What data is required? How should it be governed? How does it integrate with existing systems? What needs to change operationally? How can it be deployed securely and responsibly across the enterprise?
Those questions require more than a technology demonstration.
They require an understanding of the environment underneath the technology and the business outcomes it needs to support.
That is where the experience we have built with our customers and Microsoft over the past year matters.
Looking Ahead
LEAP 2026 is an opportunity to bring that experience together.
It is a chance to show how the work that began with cloud modernization and foundational transformation continues into data, AI, governance, automation, and enterprise execution.
We are grateful to Ahmad El Sayegh, Walid Ibrahim, and the many Microsoft teams who continue to support this work through shared customers, shared objectives, and continued collaboration.
